Job Description

• Total Experience Req : 04-06 years
• Mode of work : Hybrid
• Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, database development, and performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with MSBI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Experience in production support, incident, problem, and change management
• Retail domain knowledge, with an understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, inventory management, sales, pricing, promotions, and supply chain operations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Work in any shifts / locations

Additional Information

• Experience in Java application support, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with Cloud DevOps support, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud platform operations (Azure/AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience in ITIL Incident Management, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, task scheduling, and system administration.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance management tools.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
