.Net Senior Technical Lead

Location: Noida

Support in backend design and development for customer applications, taking ownership of the technical quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure architectural consistency across solutions and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Review code, provide design feedback, and enforce best practices in coding, security, and performance.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks suitable for the project.
• Troubleshoot high‑level system issues and provide direction for resolution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.
• Participate in client/stakeholder discussions to translate business requirements into technical solutions and must have excellent communication skills.
• Mentor developers and ensure continuous technical upskilling within the team.

Skills

• Strong in C#, ASP(.NET) MVC, REST API, Design Patterns
• Experience with TFS/GitHub, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SQL Developer
• Knowledge of SonarQube, Postman/Bruno, Swagger
