Job summary

EY is hiring for an AI Platform Build Senior Consultant. Based in EY GDS's Managed Services, you will lead pioneering AI/ML and GenAI initiatives, focusing on NLP and Transformer models, and manage a portfolio of Agentic engagements with global clients.

You will mentor teams and drive high-performance culture while maintaining EY's leadership in AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with EY stakeholders, oversee delivery across cloud services, and apply expertise in Python, R, and SAS to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods or related field.
• MBA or equivalent business management experience is valued.
• 3–5 years' experience in advanced analytics/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or other hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI and GenAI initiatives with NLP/Transformer focus.
• Mentor junior team members in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
• Manage delivery of complex AI/ML projects to meet deadlines and client expectations.

AI Platform Build Senior Consultant

Role Overview

In the role of AI Platform Build Executive Director within EY GDS's Managed Services “AI for AI” team, you will be at the helm of pioneering AI/ML and Agentic project deliveries, with a keen focus on leveraging AWS or Azure GenAI, NLP, and Transformer models to drive innovation and solve complex challenges. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of Agentic engagements, fostering strong relationships with global clients and EY stakeholders, and steering your team towards delivering excellence. You will play a critical role in nurturing a team of high-caliber professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance, and maintaining EY's reputation as a leader in AI/ML and Agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the complete lifecycle management of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, with a focus on NLP and Transformer models, ensuring flawless integration with cloud services.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing them with the training and insights needed to become proficient in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
• Display outstanding project management skills, leading the charge in the successful delivery of complex AI/ML projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
• Engage actively in problem-solving and hands-on technical delivery, committing to the highest levels of quality and pushing the envelope of innovation.
• Analytical Problem Solving – Possess the ability to dissect problems from a holistic perspective, rather than being constrained by specific techniques.

• Knowledge of Analytical Tools - Have a solid understanding of the foundational features of Data Science tools such as Python, R, or SAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in cloud/Agentic technologies (AWS, Azure) are strongly preferred.
• An MBA or equivalent experience in business management is highly valued.
• Relevant experience in advanced analytical/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles of 3-5 years
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or any other Hyperscaler and a deep understanding of advanced data modeling techniques.
