EY is seeking an AI Platform Build Senior Consultant in Gurugram to lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI initiatives on AWS/Azure. You will mentor teams, manage complex projects, and ensure high-quality delivery for global clients, while shaping governance and responsible AI practices.

You will drive strategic planning, stay ahead of AI trends, and collaborate with EY stakeholders to expand capabilities across data science, NLP, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Statistics, Econometrics, or quantitative field required; advanced cloud/Agentic tech preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business experience highly valued.
• 3–5 years in advanced analytics/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles.
• Experience deploying AI/ML on AWS or other hyperscalers; strong data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Direct lifecycle management of analytics, Agentic ML, AI and GenAI initiatives with NLP/Transformers.
• Mentor juniors; provide training in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
• Lead delivery of complex AI/ML projects, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Engage in problem-solving and hands-on technical delivery with high quality.

AI Platform Build Senior Consultant

Role Overview:

In the role of AI Platform Build Executive Director within EY GDSs Managed Services "AI for AI" team, you will be at the helm of pioneering AI/ML and Agentic project deliveries, with a keen focus on leveraging AWS or Azure GenAI, NLP, and Transformer models to drive innovation and solve complex challenges. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of Agentic engagements, fostering strong relationships with global clients and EY stakeholders, and steering your team towards delivering excellence. You will play a critical role in nurturing a team of high-caliber professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance, and maintaining EYs reputation as a leader in AI/ML and Agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the complete lifecycle management of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, with a focus on NLP and Transformer models, ensuring flawless integration with cloud services.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing them with the training and insights needed to become proficient in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
• Display outstanding project management skills, leading the charge in the successful delivery of complex AI/ML projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
• Engage actively in problem-solving and hands-on technical delivery, committing to the highest levels of quality and pushing the envelope of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in cloud/Agentic technologies (AWS, Azure) are strongly preferred.
• An MBA or equivalent experience in business management is highly valued.
• Relevant experience in advanced analytical/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles of 3-5 years
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or any other Hyperscaler and a deep understanding of advanced data modeling techniques.
