EY's AI Platform Build Senior Consultant will lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, focusing on GenAI and NLP within EY GDS. You will mentor teams, manage complex projects, and ensure high-quality cloud-enabled solutions for global clients from Bengaluru.

You will apply governance and ethical AI practices while coordinating with stakeholders across EY partners and leaders, delivering strategic value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced cloud/Agentic tech certifications preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business experience valued.
• 3-5 years in advanced analytical/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles.
• Experience deploying AI/ML on AWS or other hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives; integrate with cloud services.
• Mentor junior team members to build AI/ML and cloud capabilities.
• Drive on-time delivery of complex AI/ML projects with high client impact.
• Engage in hands-on technical delivery and maintain high quality standards.

Job Title: AI Platform Build Senior Consultant

Role Overview:

In the role of AI Platform Build Executive Director within EY GDS's Managed Services “AI for AI” team, you will be at the helm of pioneering AI/ML and Agentic project deliveries, with a keen focus on leveraging AWS or Azure GenAI, NLP, and Transformer models to drive innovation and solve complex challenges. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of Agentic engagements, fostering strong relationships with global clients and EY stakeholders, and steering your team towards delivering excellence. You will play a critical role in nurturing a team of high-caliber professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance, and maintaining EY's reputation as a leader in AI/ML and Agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the complete lifecycle management of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, with a focus on NLP and Transformer models, ensuring flawless integration with cloud services.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing them with the training and insights needed to become proficient in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
• Display outstanding project management skills, leading the charge in the successful delivery of complex AI/ML projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
• Engage actively in problem‑solving and hands‑on technical delivery, committing to the highest levels of quality and pushing the envelope of innovation.
• Analytical Problem Solving – Possess the ability to dissect problems from a holistic perspective, rather than being constrained by specific techniques.
• Planning: Demonstrate the capacity to make significant contributions to both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategic planning.
• Industry Knowledge - Stay informed about the latest developments in Data Science and AI, and adeptly apply this knowledge to a variety of scenarios.
• Integrated View - Skillfully consolidate diverse perspectives, data sources, and methodologies to address and resolve client issues effectively.
• Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain strong, healthy relationships and partnerships with clients, EY partners, senior leaders, and team members at all levels.
• Knowledge of Analytical Tools - Have a solid understanding of the foundational features of Data Science tools such as Python, R, or SAS.

• Champion ethical decision‑making in AI development and operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in cloud/Agentic technologies (AWS, Azure) are strongly preferred.
• An MBA or equivalent experience in business management is highly valued.
• Relevant experience in advanced analytical/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles of 3-5 years
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or any other Hyperscaler and a deep understanding of advanced data modeling techniques.
