Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Platform Build Senior Consultant to lead pioneering AI/ML and GenAI initiatives, with a focus on NLP and Transformer models on AWS or Azure. You will mentor teams, drive delivery excellence, and manage complex engagements for global clients within EY GDS’s Managed Services.

You’ll influence strategic direction, ensure responsible AI governance, and apply the latest data science techniques across projects while collaborating with EY stakeholders and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent experience in business management is highly valued.
• 3–5 years of relevant advanced analytical/AI/Agentic Platform Build experience.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or other hyperscalers with strong data modeling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct lifecycle management of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI and GenAI initiatives with NLP/Transformer models.

Job Title: AI Platform Build Senior Consultant

Role Overview:

In the role of AI Platform Build Executive Director within EY GDS's Managed Services “AI for AI” team, you will be at the helm of pioneering AI/ML and Agentic project deliveries, with a keen focus on leveraging AWS or Azure GenAI, NLP, and Transformer models to drive innovation and solve complex challenges. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of Agentic engagements, fostering strong relationships with global clients and EY stakeholders, and steering your team towards delivering excellence. You will play a critical role in nurturing a team of high-caliber professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance, and maintaining EY's reputation as a leader in AI/ML and Agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the complete lifecycle management of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, with a focus on NLP and Transformer models, ensuring flawless integration with cloud services.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing them with the training and insights needed to become proficient in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
• Display outstanding project management skills, leading the charge in the successful delivery of complex AI/ML projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in cloud/Agentic technologies (AWS, Azure) are strongly preferred.
• An MBA or equivalent experience in business management is highly valued.
• Relevant experience in advanced analytical/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles of 3-5 years
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or any other Hyperscaler and a deep understanding of advanced data modeling techniques.
