Responsibilities

• Cover listed doctors with 10–12 calls per day as per tour plan.
• Detail the company’s product portfolio with indications, dosage, benefits and safety.
• Build prescription support and monitor Rx generation through follow-ups.
• Account for samples and ensure ethical distribution and reporting.
• Ensure brands are stocked at chemists; conduct regular audits.
• Follow company code of conduct and UCPMP 2024; no gifts to HCPs.
• Submit daily call reports, expenses and doctor data on CRM / SFA app.
• Own the territory’s sales target and coordinate with Area Manager for monthly targets.
• Coordinate with stockists for orders, stock liquidation and collections.
• Gather feedback on competition and market trends from doctors and chemists.
• Develop hospital and nursing-home business; engage with consultants, pharmacies and formularies.
• Support CMEs, camps and brand activities in the territory.

What you will do as MR - Pharma Field Sales (1-5 Years)

• Cover listed doctors at the right frequency - typically 10-12 calls per day - following the approved tour plan.
• Detail the company’s product portfolio scientifically - indications, dosage, benefits and safety - using visual aids and approved literature only.
• Build prescription support for focus products and monitor Rx generation through regular follow-up calls.
• Account for every sample and input distributed; follow sample-handling and ethical promotion guidelines.
• Ensure prescribed brands are stocked at chemists around clinics and hospitals; run regular chemist audits.
• Work strictly as per the company’s code of conduct and UCPMP 2024 - no gifts or inducements to healthcare professionals.
• Submit daily call reports (DCR), expenses and doctor data on the company CRM / SFA app on the same day.
• Own the territory’s sales target and work with the Area Manager to plan monthly achievement.
• Coordinate with the stockist / C&F; for orders, stock liquidation, near-expiry returns and timely collection of payments.
• Gather feedback from doctors and chemists on competition and market trends.
• Develop hospital and nursing-home business: meet consultants, pharmacy and purchase teams and support formulary/listing.
• Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities organised by the company in the territory.
