Job summary

Antal International is seeking an experienced Motor Design professional in Pune, India. The role focuses on frameless PMSM architectures, electromagnetic and thermal modelling, and extensive motor development activities including prototyping, testing, and supplier evaluation.

The candidate will lead sizing, winding design, magnet selection, lamination handling, and the development of thermal and rating methodologies to ensure robust motor performance.

Qualifications

• Frameless PMSM / BLDC motor architecture.
• Electromagnetic and thermal modelling.
• Torque-speed analysis and winding design optimization.
• Use of Motor-CAD or Ansys Maxwell for simulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead frameless PMSM motor architecture and electromagnetic design.
