Job summary

Role & responsibilities:

• Perform fitting and assembly of electric motors and motor components.
• Assemble stator, rotor, bearings, end shields, fans, terminal boxes, etc.
• Read and understand engineering/assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as Vernier, micrometer, and gauges.
• Carry out bearing fitting, shaft alignment, drilling, tapping, grinding, and other fitting activities.
• Check dimensions and ensure assembly as per specified standards and tolerances.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and assembly-related issues.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality.
• Follow SOPs, PPE, safety requirements, and 5S practices.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
