Job summary

R.V.MACHINES And Tools is seeking an assembly technician to build machines per engineering drawings and specs. The role involves reading drawings, using hand and power tools, and ensuring precise fit and alignment of components.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, testing assemblies, maintaining tools and workspace per 5S standards, and documenting production data. Occasional customer-site installation support may be required.

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately.
• Fit, align, and install mechanical parts to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect assembled components for quality, accuracy, and functionality.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to identify and correct assembly issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area following 5S practices.
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards during all assembly operations.
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production targets.
• Record assembly work, inspection results, and production data as required.
• Support installation and commissioning of machines at the customer site when needed.
