Job summary

Vroutes HR is seeking a skilled motion graphics animator with 2–5 years of experience to craft engaging UI and ad content. You will leverage 3D and 2D animation, storyboard upfront, and push creative boundaries using AI tools like Runway ML and Pika Labs.

Collaboration with designers and brand leads is essential to deliver on brand vision. We value a strong portfolio in digital marketing contexts, proficiency in industry tools, and a degree in Animation or related fields.

Qualifications

• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows is mandatory.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong 2D/3D animation work.

• You’ll be at the heart of our creative output — producing motion content that earns attention and builds brands across every digital platform.
• — Create motion graphics that stop the scroll Digital campaigns, social media, ads, product videos — if it moves, it’s yours.
• — Lead with 3D, support with 2D 3D animation is your primary strength; 2D motion graphics round out your toolkit.
• — Use AI tools as a creative advantage Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika Labs, Luma AI and more — you're already using them, not just curious about them.
• — Storyboard before you animate You think in sequences and know that good animation starts long before the timeline.
• — Produce content built for each platform Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites — you know how format, length, and format behaviour differ across all of them.
• — Collaborate across the creative team Work with designers, content strategists, and brand leads to ensure motion serves the bigger picture.
• — Stay sharp on what’s emerging AI video generation, new rendering techniques, animation trends — you follow this space obsessively.

Qualifications

Must have: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. AI tools: Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika Labs, Luma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion. Preferred: Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, DaVinci Resolve, Unreal Engine (basic), Figma.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• — 2–5 years of professional motion graphics and animation experience
• — A portfolio that demonstrates strong 2D and 3D animation work Quality over quantity — we'll know in the first 60 seconds.
• — Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows This is mandatory, not preferred.
• — Experience in advertising, digital marketing, creative studios, or media Agency background is a strong advantage.
• — A degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts Relevant certifications are a bonus.
