Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional motion graphics and animation experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio of 2D and 3D animation work across digital platforms.
• Experience in advertising, digital marketing, or creative studios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce motion content that earns attention and builds brands across digital platforms.
• Create motion graphics for campaigns, social media, ads, and product videos.
• Lead with 3D, support with 2D; 3D is primary strength; 2D to complement.
• Utilize AI tools as a creative advantage (Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika Labs, Luma AI).
• Storyboard before animation to plan sequences and timing.
• Deliver content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and brand leads to align with the big picture.
• Stay updated on AI video generation, rendering techniques, and trends.

— Create motion graphics that stop the scroll Digital campaigns, social media, ads, product videos — if it moves, it's yours.

— Lead with 3D, support with 2D 3D animation is your primary strength; 2D motion graphics round out your toolkit.

— Use AI tools as a creative advantage Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika Labs, Luma AI and more — you're already using them, not just curious about them.

— Storyboard before you animate You think in sequences and know that good animation starts long before the timeline.

— Produce content built for each platform Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites — you know how format, length, and format behaviour differ across all of them.

— Collaborate across the creative team Work with designers, content strategists, and brand leads to ensure motion serves the bigger picture.

— Stay sharp on what's emerging AI video generation, new rendering techniques, animation trends — you follow this space obsessively.

Qualifications

Must have: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. AI tools: Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika Labs, Luma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion. Preferred: Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, DaVinci Resolve, Unreal Engine (basic), Figma.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— 2–5 years of professional motion graphics and animation experience

— A portfolio that demonstrates strong 2D and 3D animation work Quality over quantity — we'll know in the first 60 seconds.

— Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows This is mandatory, not preferred.

— Experience in advertising, digital marketing, creative studios, or media Agency background is a strong advantage.

— A degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts Relevant certifications are a bonus.
