Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience who can create engaging motion graphics, animations, social media videos, and brand-focused visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, reels, social media videos, ads, and promotional content.
• Animate typography, illustrations, icons, UI screens, and graphic elements.
• Convert static designs and storyboards into engaging motion-based content.
• Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, sound effects, and music.
• Develop creative concepts and visual treatments based on briefs and scripts.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all video content.
• Work closely with graphic designers, content, marketing, and creative teams.
• Use AI tools for video generation, ideation, asset creation, and workflow enhancement.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in motion graphics/video editing.
• Strong command of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital advertising, brands, and marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of sound design and basic audio editing.
• Familiarity with AI-based image and video generation tools.
• Ability to understand a creative brief and independently develop strong visual executions.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work.

Good to Have

• Experience with 3D animation/Cinema 4D or Blender.
