We are seeking a creative and experienced Motion Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience to produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video production. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to bring our brand and products to life through engaging visual content.

Motion Graphics and Animation

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Create visually stunning animations that effectively communicate complex concepts and enhance our brand storytelling.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive and impactful visual content.

Concept Development

• Develop creative concepts and storyboard ideas for motion graphics projects.
• Provide input on visual style, composition, and pacing to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Software Proficiency

• Utilise industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create and edit motion graphics and video content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation.

Quality Control

• Review and refine motion graphics to ensure high-quality output.
• Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and meets project specifications.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production, preferably in the marketing technology or AI SaaS industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
