Bizdeed Hr Solutions in Noida invites a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer to produce impactful static and animated content for our brand.

The role covers end-to-end video production, from concept to delivery, with 2D/3D animations and social media assets. Candidates should have a strong portfolio and at least 5 years of experience with a related bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics and design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D/3D animation and static artworks.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics for explainer videos, ads, reels, and product demos.
• Design static artworks for social media, banners, posters, and landing pages.
• Develop 2D and basic 3D animations (Blender/C4D is an advantage).
• Edit video content with pacing, transitions, and graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing and scripting teams on concepts.
• Handle end-to-end video production: concept, storyboard, design, animation, sound sync, delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual output.
• Adapt animations for YouTube, Instagram, web, and ads.
