Job summary

nologo communications is seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer with professional experience in the entertainment industry. You will conceptualize, design and create engaging motion graphics and visual content for brands, campaigns, films and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters and editors to translate briefs into dynamic motion content, stay ahead of trends and explore AI-powered tools to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the entertainment industry is mandatory.
• Strong skills in Motion Design, Motion Graphics and Visual Storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience in film/OTT/television or related environments.
• Portfolio/showreel of motion graphics and entertainment work.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics, animations and visual content for digital, social media, video and brand communication.
• Develop engaging visual narratives and motion concepts based on creative briefs.
• Create motion graphics for films, entertainment content, promotional videos, reels, campaigns and branded content.
• Work on title animations, transitions, typography, visual effects and compositing.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Editors, Videographers and other members of the creative team.
• Translate creative concepts and storyboards into compelling motion design.
• Contribute to brainstorming and creative development from concept to final execution.
• Adapt visual content for different platforms, formats and screen sizes.
• Stay updated on motion design trends, entertainment content, visual styles and emerging creative technologies.
• Explore and incorporate AI-powered tools into motion design and creative workflows where relevant.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, transitions and visual effects.
• Experience in video production and the ability to work with existing footage and visual assets.
• Ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into visually engaging motion content.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Freepik, Grok, ElevenLabs or similar creative AI platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media formats and digital content.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics, animation and entertainment-related work is required.
