• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually captivating content.
• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for social media campaigns, advertisements, reels, explainer videos, corporate videos, and brand films.
• Edit and produce engaging Instagram/Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts with strong storytelling, pacing, and transitions to boost audience engagement.
• Transform raw video footage into polished, on-brand content that aligns with campaign goals and brand aesthetics.
• Add motion effects, transitions, sound design, and music to enhance the overall visual and emotional impact of the content.
• Assist in storyboarding, mood boarding, and conceptualizing creative motion design ideas.
• Work with existing brand assets or design original visual elements when required.
• Adapt and optimize video content for different platforms and aspect ratios (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Stay updated on social media trends, especially in short-form video and reel editing, to ensure content is fresh and competitive.
• Maintain well-organized project files and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
• Take feedback positively and make necessary revisions to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and copywriters to produce cohesive content.
• Experiment with innovative design and editing techniques to push creative boundaries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editor, preferably in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other motion design tools.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, typography, and composition.
