Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Motion Design Specialist with 7–11 years of experience to create advanced motion graphics for campaigns and digital content. The role requires a strong reel across digital and brand work and expertise in Cinema 4D or Blender, along with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related design tools.

The candidate will collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Video Editors, and Producers, adapting content for various aspect ratios and platforms while maintaining organized

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in motion graphics or post-production with a strong reel covering digital and brand work.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender; expressions and scripting; character animation; sound design; template automation; commerce content.
• Advanced After Effects; animation principles; compositing; typography; rendering and codecs; multi-format adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Create animation systems, transitions, typography motion, visual effects, and compositing based on briefs.
• Adapt motion content to multiple aspect ratios, lengths, languages, and platform specifications.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Video Editors, and Producers.
• Optimize files and renders for quality, performance, and efficient versioning.
• Review Motion Graphics Designer output and provide technical and craft feedback.
• Maintain organized project files, reusable templates, and documented render settings.

• Adobe After Effects; Premiere Pro; Photoshop; Illustrator; Media Encoder; Cinema 4D or Blender where applicable; audio and review tools.
• Advanced After Effects; animation principles; compositing; typography; rendering and codecs; multi-format adaptation; organized source files. What are we looking for?
• Motion design concepts; animated typography; transitions; social and digital animations; commerce motion modules; reusable templates; final renders and source files.
• Motion reel demonstrating timing, typography, compositing, brand adaptation, multiple formats, and clear personal contribution. Roles and Responsibilities:
