Job summary

Accenture India is seeking a Motion Design Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to craft motion graphics and visual effects for digital outputs under creative direction.

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required, with the ability to adapt assets for multiple formats and languages while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design or related field.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Graduation in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Animate approved storyboards and design assets.
• Create title cards, lower thirds, transitions, and short-form animations.
• Prepare assets, renders, and exports per defined standards.
• Coordinate with Video Editors and Designers on timing, formats, and asset readiness.
• Adapt existing motion files for new sizes, durations, products and languages.

What would you do?

• Produces motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and straightforward visual effects for digital and video deliverables under established creative direction.
• Owns assigned motion tasks, follows technical and creative direction, incorporates feedback, and escalates missing assets or feasibility concerns.
• Motion Graphics Designer, Motion Designer, Junior Animator, After Effects Artist, Multimedia Designer
• Animated titles; short social animations; product callouts; transitions; localized motion variants; source projects; review renders; final exports.
• Premiere editing; basic 3D; expressions; audio editing; social and commerce formats. What are we looking for?
• After Effects; Premiere Pro; Photoshop; Illustrator; Media Encoder; review and file-sharing tools.
• Reel showing animation fundamentals, typography, pacing, clean exports, and ability to work within a brand system.
