Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a Motion Design Senior Analyst to create engaging banner ads and social videos using motion graphics. You will manage multiple projects, generate assets rapidly, and ensure high-quality, on-brand output across platforms.

The role requires 5–8 years of motion development experience, strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Animate, GitHub, Figma, and HTML/CSS basics. A bachelor’s degree in multimedia/graphic design/animation is preferred.

• Use Figma files and PSDs to generate pixel-perfect HTML layouts using CSS and Adobe Animate.
• Collaborate with producers, developers, designers, and art directors to meet deadlines.
• Improve workflow efficiencies and shorten turnaround times.
• Create video animations to support social media videos and short-format content.

What would you do?

• The motion developer is responsible for creating visually appealing banner ads and social videos using motion graphics. This role requires a self-starter not afraid to venture outside their comfort zone as we grow in automation. The motion developer generates a high volume of assets in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality, on-brand consistency across all work.
• Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design
• Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - Creative Design - P4
• Five+ years experience as a motion developer.
• Bachelors degree in, multimedia, graphic design, animation, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong portfolio reel required.
• Robust understanding of design principles and application in banner ad development.
• Able to interpret and build frame by frames (FxFs) for deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Animate, and GitHub. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Optimize banner ads for fast loading and efficient performance.
• Look for ways to improve workflow efficiencies and shorten turnaround times.
• Seek out new industry approaches and share discoveries with team to fuel innovation.
• Create video animations to support social media videos and short-format videos (explainer videos, whiteboard videos, and customer stories).
