Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day creative direction across copy, design, motion, video and commerce deliverables.
• Proven ability to translate briefs and brand systems into execution guidance for multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership to review concepts, provide actionable feedback and drive creative QA decisions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret briefs and define the creative approach within brand guardrails.
• Direct paired and multidisciplinary teams through concept, adaptation, and production.
• Review work at checkpoints and provide specific, actionable feedback.
• Ensure visuals and copy work together across channel executions.
• Present work and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
• Plan reviews with producers and protect deadlines.
• Coach Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers and senior specialists.
