Job summary

Harvest International School in Bengaluru seeks a Montessori educator to nurture independence and holistic development through a prepared, child-centred environment featuring hands-on learning and self-directed activities.

You will facilitate learning with Montessori materials across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics and Cultural Studies; observe individual progress, document milestones, and collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Montessori diploma/certification required or preferred.
• Solid understanding of Montessori philosophy, pedagogy, and materials.
• Strong observation, communication, classroom facilitation, and documentation skills.

• Prior Montessori experience preferred.
