To facilitate a prepared, child-centred environment that nurtures independence, curiosity, concentration, and holistic development through hands-on, self-directed learning.
Facilitate learning through Montessori materials and purposeful, hands-on activities.
Support learning across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies.
Observe and respond to children’s individual developmental needs, interests, and readiness.
Foster independence, self-discipline, problem-solving, fine-motor skills, and social-emotional development.
Maintain an orderly, inclusive, and thoughtfully prepared Montessori environment.
Document children’s progress, learning journeys, and developmental milestones.
Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support holistic child development.
Montessori Diploma/Certification from a recognised institution; teaching qualification preferred.
Sound understanding of Montessori philosophy, pedagogy, and materials.
Strong observation, communication, classroom facilitation, and documentation skills.
Warm, patient, respectful, and child-responsive approach.
