Role Description

The Molding Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The person in this role will oversee daily molding operations, including planning, organizing, and monitoring production activities to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets. Responsibilities include supervising molding teams on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to process parameters, coordinating with maintenance and quality departments, and resolving production issues promptly. The Molding Supervisor will track production metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support training and skill development for team members. The role also involves maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and IATF 16949 requirements, and collaborating with management to optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of molding processes, cast iron and ductile iron casting, and foundry operations.
