Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in India’s Maharashtra region seeks a project manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering technology solutions. You will participate in planning, scope management, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.

The role covers end-to-end project lifecycles including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, and quality across teams.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• Knowledge of QA/UAT processes and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Participate in project planning, scope management, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate projects like security fixes, server and database upgrades, application decommissions, migration, and vendor changes (on-premises & SaaS).
• Manage security by applying certificates, pen test fixes, and http to https upgrades.
• Liaise with Core Corporate IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design technology solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment and feasibility studies to propose technology strategies.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, test scenarios, and user manuals.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute UAT plans, test cases, and defect management.
• QA testing and ensure changes are thoroughly tested before UAT.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Corp, vendors, and internal IT teams to deliver
• technology solutions.
• Participate in project planning, scope management, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities from initiation, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Participate & Manage projects like Security Code fixes, Server upgrades, Database upgrades, Application decommissions, Application Migration and Vendor Application (on-premises & Saas) change management, Technology version upgrade (like Java version, Solace version)
• Manage Security by applying certificate, pen test fixes, http to https upgrades
• Liaise with Core Corporate IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and design technology solutions that support regulatory and operational objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies on business requirements, and recommend aligned technology strategies.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, test scenarios, and user manuals.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute UAT plans, test cases, and defect management activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• QA Testing and ensure changes is rigorously tested before providing in UAT to users
• Ensure solutions (either in-house or vendor) comply with CLSA standards and practices
