Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to design, develop, and support business applications and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, designing scalable solutions, and delivering enterprise‑grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. SharePoint administration experience is desirable but should be considered a supporting skill rather than the primary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps).
Design and implement complex workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
- SharePoint Online
- SQL Server
- Power BI
- Microsoft 365
- External applications through APIs and custom connectors.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and integration issues.
Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
Support application enhancements, releases, testing, documentation, and user training.
Maintain development standards, reusable components, and governance practices.
Provide production support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
