Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking an Embedded Test Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in validating embedded firmware against microcontroller hardware and communication protocols.

You will develop test plans, write test scripts, ensure traceability from requirements to tests, and drive test automation using modern tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in embedded test engineering.
• Experience with embedded firmware validation and MCU hardware.
• Familiarity with test automation and requirement-to-test traceability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for embedded firmware.
• Validate firmware against hardware and communication protocols (Modbus, PROFINET, etc.).
• Ensure full traceability from requirements to tests and defects; contribute to test automation.
