Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. in Pune seeks AWS DevOps professionals to manage infra in distributed architecture, integrate with multiple accounts, and automate deployment pipelines for CAAS platforms.

You will implement secure data communication, backup strategies, monitoring with OpenSearch and Datadog, and drive continuous improvement through security scans and patch management.

Qualifications

• 7 to 9 years of experience as an AWS DevOps/Infra Engineer.
• Experience with modern cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure modernization across distributed architecture and multi-account setups.
• Design and maintain data backup strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Develop deployment solutions using GitHub Actions pipelines across CAAS environments.
• Monitor systems with OpenSearch and Datadog; respond to incidents and apply patches.
• Ensure security via access control, secrets rotation, and vulnerability scans in CI/CD.

Must have skills :GitHub Action, Workflows, Terraform, Terragrant, Kubernetes, Strong experience with cloud infrastructure services, including:AWS: EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, VPC, S3, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, Elastic Load Balancer (ALB/NLB), Auto Scaling, and related networking services.

Infra Engineer Expectations:

below are the different types of responsibilities, Infra engineer is doing currently:

1. Infra engineer are expected to manage Parts Modernization applications in distributed architecture environment, Applications are integrated with different dependent component and external services across multiple accounts.

2. Should have fair understanding of private link connectivity and secure data communication over public internet.

3. Also, designing and maintaining data backup strategy, ensuring data integrity and availability across all the environments.

Release and Deployment:

1.Infraengineer are expected to provide deployment solution to application teams.

• Infra Deployment: Provision and modify existing infra component configuration using terraform pipeline across environments based on need. Also, fixing the issue in case of any runtime failure occurs.
• Application Deployment: Manage GHA actions for application teams to ensure smooth deployment on CAAS Platform across environments without impacting any backend failure.

2.System Integration: Ensuring seamless integration between various systems like SAP, SQS, and external APIendpoints.

Monitoring and Maintenance:

Infraengineer are expected to do continuous monitoring and proactive maintenance to keep infra healthy.

• System Monitoring: Managing application services integration with monitoring tools like OpenSearch and Datadog to track system performance, availability, and health. Ensure metrics, data are properly flowing onto dashboards.
• Incident Response: Responding to and resolving infrastructure-related incidents and outages.
• Patch Management: Applying security patches and updates to all infrastructure components.

Security Management:

Security is paramount, and the Infra engineer is responsible for safeguarding our systems and data.

• Access Control: Access control: Managing policies and roles, github security through safe settings
• Secrets Rotation: Managing secrets rotation on periodically basis as well on demand basis across environments.
• Vulnerability assessments:Ensure security scan to be executed within CI pipeline to detect any vulnerabilities at early stage. We have:
  SonarQube Scan, Checkmarx Scan, Mend Scan, Trivy Image Scan

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Cloud security standards.
