Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Data Bricks professional to lead cloud data and analytics initiatives in Hyderabad.

The role requires 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a lead capacity, a strong DWH background, and hands-on expertise in Azure DataBricks, PySpark, ETL, and SQL development. The candidate will drive data warehouse solutions, collaborate with clients, mentor junior developers, and work within an Agile environment to deliver scalable data platforms

Qualifications

• Overall 5+ years experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a lead role.
• Should come from DWH background.
• Strong ETL experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Azure DataBricks/PySpark.
• Strong hands on experience in Azure Data Factory, DevOps, Unity Catalog.
• Strong knowledge on BigData stack.
• Strong knowledge of Azure EventHubs and Pub-Sub model, security.
• Strong Communication and Analytical skills.
• Highly proficient at SQL development.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Work as team lead to develop Cloud Data and Analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and testers.
• Able to build strong relationships with client technical team.
• Participate in the development of cloud data warehouses, data as a service, business intelligence solutions.
• Data wrangling of heterogeneous data.
• Coding complex Spark (Scala or Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of cloud data and analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and testers and guide project teams.
• Collaborate with clients to develop scalable data warehouses and BI solutions.
• Drive ETL development, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Oversee data wrangling of heterogeneous sources and Spark coding.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to agile processes.
