Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Mobilization Associate Manager to lead PMO mobilization and transition activities within banking operations. You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement across multiple banking domains.

The role requires 10–14 years of experience in financial services operations, strong analytical abilities, and experience managing complex transformation programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support banking operations and transformation initiatives across retail banking, commercial banking, lending operations, payments, customer servicing, financial crime compliance, and business operations.
• Manage end-to-end banking operations including account opening and maintenance, lending operations, loan servicing, payments processing, customer support, reconciliation, transaction monitoring, and compliance activities.
• Support mobilization, transition and governance activities with process documentation, knowledge transfer, and governance reporting.
• Drive operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement across programs.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
