Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Mobilization Associate Manager to lead PMO mobilization and governance for banking operations and transformation programs.

You will manage end-to-end mobilization, transition management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and service levels while driving continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations.

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Support knowledge transfer, change management, and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, organizational policies, and operational standards.
