Job summary

What would you do?

• Support insurance operations and transformation initiatives across Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting Support, Customer Service, and Business Operations. Drive process excellence, operational governance, transition management, workforce mobilization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, customer experience, compliance, and operational efficiency across the insurance
• Manage end-to-end insurance operations processes across Policy Issuance, Policy Servicing, Renewals, Claims Administration, Underwriting Support, Billing, and Customer Support.
• Support transition and mobilization activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, stakeholder management, risk identification, and governance reporting.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardization, SLA manage
