Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Mobilization Associate Manager to support PMO mobilization and run across staffing, onboarding, production readiness and operations reporting.

You will coordinate with TWE Leads on desktops and workspaces, assist client visits, knowledge transfer, and capacity planning, and help establish PMO processes within engagements; collaboration with SMEs is expected. The role may require rotational shifts and a readiness to work in a dynamic, global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of overall experience with strong PMO exposure.
• Experience in staffing, onboarding and staff coordination.
• Knowledge of production readiness and operations reporting.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOBDeliver in a supporting role across the following areas: Enable People — Project Staffing & Staff Onboarding Unit Operations — Production Readiness & Operations Reporting Technology & Work Environment Readiness — Coordinate with TWE Leads on desktops, laptops, workspaces, printers etc. Client Visits — Support and showcase Accenture capabilities Assist in the Knowledge Transfer process Assist in the Capacity Planning process This role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anto Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings. Establish & operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context. Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio.

Technology & Work Environment Readiness Timely and successful coordination to ensure TWE Readiness. 4. Client Visits Support the team to showcase Accenture capabilities to clients. Support RFI / RFP responses. 5. Knowledge Transfer Assist the Knowledge Transfer Lead in the KT process. 6. Capacity Planning Assist in the Capacity Planning process. 7. Operational Excellence Assist in Operational Excellence process documentation. 8.
