Job summary

Accenture in Hyderabad is seeking a Mobilization Senior Analyst to support PMO mobilization and run activities. You will assist staffing, onboarding, production readiness, and readiness across technology and work environment aspects, while coordinating client visits and knowledge transfer.

The role may involve GCC transition tasks and capacity planning in an Accenture engagement context. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant PMO experience and holds or is pursuing certifications such as

• Graduation is required.
• Experience: 5–7 years in PMO/mobilization roles.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2 or Agile knowledge.

What would you do?

Deliver in a Supporting Role for – 1. Enable People: Project Staffing & Staff On boarding 2. Unit Operations: Production Readiness & Operations Reporting 3. Technology & Work Environment Readiness: Coordinate with TWE Leads on Desktops/PCs, Laptops, Work space, printers etc. 4. Client Visits 5. Assist in the knowledge transfer process 6. Assist in the Capacity planning process Establish & operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context. Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio.

Assist in the Capacity Planning Process 7.Assist in Operational Excellence process documentation Assist in GCC Transition: - ‘Pulling’ transitions in to India with end-to-end responsibility of specific process/ country/ business unit - Ensuring delivery center readiness for new deals by program managing the recruiting, workplace set-up, IT deployment, BCP, service management setup etc
• Certifications: PMP, Prince, Agile Roles and Responsibilities:
• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
• Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture
• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
• Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
• In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
• Need to Travel to client location within/outside India.
