• Knowledge on Mobile Device Enrollment in Intune and Company Portal.
• Conditional Access Policies on Azure AD.
• Able to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions.
• Exhibits poise and focus under high stress.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Provide offshore End user IT support.
• Resolve issues reported by end users on mobile devices like email issues.

• Keep track of Conditional Access Policies related to Intune and fine tuning as required.
• Analyze and propose improvement plans to keep infrastructure secure and user-friendly.

Responsibilities
