Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a skilled Mobility Management Administrator to manage Intune MAM/MDM and related policies. You will collaborate with security and IT teams to deploy and maintain mobile apps across iOS, Android and Windows platforms while ensuring compliant, secure access for users.

The role requires implementing and monitoring conditional access, troubleshooting deployment issues, and providing end-user support for MAM-enforced apps. Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Intune MAM and MDM queries and issues.
• Stay updated with latest Intune developments.
• Collaborate with IT network and security teams for integrated MDM.
• Configure and manage Intune MAM policies for iOS, Android, Windows.
• Ensure mobile apps are deployed, updated and maintained per policies.
• Implement and manage conditional access policies with MAM.
• Deploy and manage mobile apps via Intune for seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MAM/MDM deployment issues.
• Provide end-user support for MAM-enforced apps.
• Ensure MAM policies comply with security standards.
• Monitor compliance status of devices and apps.
• Implement data protection: encryption, DLP and app protection policies.

Job description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Intune MAM and MDM related queries and issues
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Intune MAM and related technologies
• Collaborate with other IT teams including network and security teams to ensure integrated and secure mobile device management
• Configure and manage Intune MAM policies for various mobile platforms iOS Android Windows
• Ensure that mobile applications are deployed updated and maintained according to company policies
• Implement and manage conditional access policies in conjunction with MAM to secure mobile devices and applications
• Deploy and manage mobile applications via Intune to ensure seamless user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile application deployment and management
• Provide support for end users experiencing issues with MAM enforced applications
• Work closely with the security team to ensure that MAM policies comply with organizational security standards
• Monitor and report on the compliance status of mobile devices and applications
• Implement and enforce data protection policies for mobile applications including encryption data loss prevention and app protection policies
• Proven experience in managing Microsoft Intune specifically in MAM (Mobile Application Management)
• Strong understanding of mobile device platforms iOS Android Windows and their management
