Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India seeks an experienced Intune MAM/MDM specialist to lead mobile security initiatives across platforms (iOS, Android, Windows).

You will configure policy controls, manage app deployment, and collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless user experiences and strong compliance. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, documentation, and staying current with Intune developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Intune MAM management.
• Familiar with iOS, Android, Windows device platforms.
• Experience configuring conditional access and app protection policies.
• Ability to troubleshoot mobile deployment and management issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Intune MAM/MDM queries and issues.
• Stay updated with latest developments in Intune MAM and related technologies.
• Collaborate with other IT teams including network and security teams to ensure integrated and secure MDM.
• Configure and manage Intune MAM policies for iOS, Android, Windows.
• Ensure mobile applications are deployed, updated and maintained according to company policies.
• Implement and manage conditional access policies in conjunction with MAM to secure devices and apps.
• Deploy and manage mobile applications via Intune for seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile app deployment and management.
• Provide support for end users experiencing issues with MAM enforced applications.
• Monitor and report on the compliance status of mobile devices and applications.
• Enforce data protection policies for mobile applications including encryption and app protection policies.
• Proven experience in managing Microsoft Intune specifically in MAM.

• Work closely with the security team to ensure that MAM policies comply with organizational security standards
• Monitor and report on the compliance status of mobile devices and applications
• Implement and enforce data protection policies for mobile applications including encryption data loss prevention and app protection policies
• Proven experience in managing Microsoft Intune specifically in MAM (Mobile Application Management)
• Strong understanding of mobile device platforms iOS Android Windows and their management
• Experience with configuring and managing conditional access and app protection policies
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards related to mobile device management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Microsoft Certified Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals or similar certificationsRole & responsibilities
