Qualifications

• 02 years of experience in community outreach/field sales.

• Basic planning and coordination skills.
• Disciplined and passionate about grassroots work.
• Prior community or fieldwork (min. 6 months) preferred.

• Daily outreach planning and execution.
• Spend half-day in field and half-day on tele-calling/follow-ups.

About the Role

As the Community Mobilizer you are the key link between the GROW Centre and the community. You will lead field outreach efforts to drive footfall and enrolments, helping local youth access skilling opportunities.
