Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, dealers, registrations, and business performance.

Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive with experience in the two-wheeler or automotive industry. The candidate should have strong expertise in advanced Excel, Microsoft tools, sales MIS, and Vahan data analysis to support business reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, dealers, registrations, and business performance.


• Extract, analyze, and interpret Vahan registration data to track market share, vehicle registrations, competitor performance, and industry trends.


• Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and Microsoft tools.


• Perform data analysis using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data visualization techniques.


• Track dealer-wise, territory-wise, and model-wise sales performance.


• Support the Sales and GTM teams with accurate data, insights, and performance reports.


• Identify data trends, gaps, and opportunities to support business decision-making.


• Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper maintenance of MIS databases.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.


• Prior experience in the two-wheeler, automotive, or EV industry is preferred.


• Hands-on experience in analyzing Vahan data is mandatory.


• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
