Job summary

Oswaal Books is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive / Jr. Data Analyst to support day-to-day reporting, data management and analysis. You will work with Excel/Google Sheets to prepare timely reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.

You will collect data from multiple sources, maintain trackers, create reports with formulas, pivot tables, and charts, and explore opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI tools and Zoho ERP.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Sheets and Advanced Excel to build and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Experience with MIS reporting and data management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation opportunities to streamline tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Manage Google Sheets and Excel-based trackers.
• Create reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts and advanced Excel functions.
• Track KPIs and highlight trends, gaps and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Support teams with data analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI tools.
• Work with Zoho ERP and automation workflows as required.
• Maintain documentation and ensure reports are updated per timelines.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as needed.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / Jr. Data Analyst to support day-to-day reporting, data management, analysis, and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, preparing reports, and using Excel/Google Sheets to improve efficiency and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Role & responsibilities :-

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Manage and maintain Google Sheets and Excel-based trackers.
• Create reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and other advanced Excel functions.
• Track key performance metrics and highlight important trends, gaps, and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
• Support various teams with data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
