Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an MIS Operations professional to prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports for the Affluent Banking segment. You will analyze data across customer, sales, and portfolio metrics and support decision-making with insightful dashboards.

The role requires strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) and exposure to Power BI/SQL, enabling data-driven improvements and stakeholder-facing analyses.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 1 to 5+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and automation tools is preferred.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
