Job summary

Harvel Agua India is seeking a business-oriented and analytical professional to support the Director with management reporting, business analysis, stakeholder coordination and follow-up across Sales, Purchase, Finance and other departments.

The role focuses on preparing MIS, consolidating data, building dashboards and KPI reports, and driving actionable insights using Advanced Excel, VBA, Google Sheets and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in MIS, management reporting and business analysis.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience with Sales, Purchase and Finance reports.
• Familiar with AI tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Comfort with Google Sheets and App Script; ERP/CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and management reports for the Director.
• Consolidate and analyze Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory and business data.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports and identify trends, gaps and variances.
• Provide actionable insights to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with departments and follow up on pending tasks and approvals.
• Maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Develop and automate reports using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VBA/Macros and Google Sheets/App Script.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze data and improve reporting workflows.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of management reports.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and management reports for the Director.


• Consolidate and analyze Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory and business data.


• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports and highlight key trends, gaps and variances.


• Provide actionable business insights to support management decision-making.


• Coordinate with different departments and follow up on pending tasks, reports, approvals and commitments.


• Maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure of management-level tasks.


• Develop and automate reports using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VBA/Macros and Google Sheets/App Script.


• Utilize AI tools to analyze data, automate reporting, improve workflows and generate management insights.


• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely submission of management reports.

Required Skills

• 48 years of experience in MIS, Management Reporting, Business Analysis or Business Coordination.


• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS and dashboard preparation.


• Understanding of Sales, Purchase and Finance reports.


• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar productivity/analytics tools.


• Strong analytical, communication and follow-up skills.


• Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities.


• Knowledge of Google Sheets, App Script and ERP/CRM will be an advantage.
