• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.


• Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.


• Create and maintain Google Forms for data collection and reporting.


• Develop dashboards, charts, and reports for management using Excel and Google Sheets.


• Utilize ChatGPT & AI Tools to improve reporting efficiency, automate documentation, and generate business insights.


• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting.


• Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate data.


• Prepare presentations and management reports based on business requirements.


• Maintain records and support data-driven decision-making.


• Required Skills:


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Basic Formulas).


• Excellent working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Forms.


• Proficiency in creating dashboards, charts, and MIS reports.


• Hands-on experience using ChatGPT and AI tools for documentation and productivity.


• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
