Job summary

ScopeHR Services seeks a Senior MIS/BI Lead to design and maintain real-time dashboards for C-suite executives, leveraging Power BI and Tableau within a real estate environment.

You will lead ERP integration across Highrise, Farvision, SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce, eliminating manual reporting by automating data flows between site teams, finance, and sales, while enforcing data governance and audit controls.

Job description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Strategic Business Reporting & Dashboards

   Design, implement, and maintain real-time automated executive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for C-suite leadership.

   Track critical Real Estate KPIs across all project lifecycles:

   • Construction Progress: Planned vs. Actual physical and financial progress, S-curves, milestone delays.
   • Sales & CRM: Cash collections, sales velocity, aging inventory, cancellation rates, and customer demand.
   • Finance & Cashflow: Budget variance (Planned vs. Actual), project profitability, cashflow forecasts, and debt monitoring.
   • Procurement: Vendor payouts, inventory consumption, bill verification timelines, and material price variations.
2. Systems Integration & Process Automation

   Lead the implementation, optimization, and seamless integration of ERP software (e.g., Highrise, Farvision, SAP, Oracle, or SalesForce/CRM tools).

   Eliminate manual, fragmented reporting by automating data flow across site engineers, sales teams, and corporate finance.

3. Data Governance & Audit Controls

   Enforce strict data validation protocols to maintain data integrity and consistency across all site offices and departments.

   Conduct periodic internal audits of departmental inputs (e.g., site daily progress reports, vendor billing, inventory registers) to eliminate discrepancies.

4. Cost Control & Cashflow Forecasting

   Collaborate with Finance and QS (Quantity Surveying) teams to track Project Cost to Complete (CTC) and cost overruns.

   Prepare projected cashflow matrices to highlight upcoming financial gaps or capital deployment requirements.

5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

   Head the MIS department, managing and mentoring MIS Executives and Data Analysts.

   Work closely with Project Heads, Sales Directors, and Finance Heads to ensure timely data submission and adherence to reporting SLAs.

   Real Estate ERPs: Hands-on experience with real estate ERP platforms like Farvision, Highrise, SAP (PS/CO modules), or SalesForce.

   Process Automation: Reduction in manual spreadsheet reporting through ERP/BI integration.
