Crest Ventures Limited is seeking an experienced MIS – Strategy Head to lead management reporting, dashboards and strategic analytics across its luxury residential real estate portfolio.

The role will develop robust MIS frameworks, executive dashboards and KPI systems, ensuring data accuracy, governance and actionable insights for senior management. Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, Closing, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Projects and IT to strengthen visibility and drive data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in MIS, analytics, strategy, reporting or BI.
• Real estate experience or familiarity with real estate developers preferred.
• Proven track record designing dashboards, KPI frameworks and executive reporting across functions.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP and financial reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain an MIS framework aligned with business objectives and project performance goals.
• Standardise reporting formats, KPI definitions, review calendars and data submission timelines.
• Ensure delivery of accurate management reports and executive dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and reduce manual effort.
• Develop dashboards for bookings, revenue, collections, inventory, leads, conversions and closures.
• Analyze performance trends, variances, funnel movement and project outcomes; prepare forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Translate data into actionable insights; highlight risks and opportunities for senior management.
• Establish data validation checks, quality controls and reconciliation processes across CRM, Finance and operations.
• Coordinate with data owners to resolve inconsistencies and ensure data confidentiality and governance.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to understand requirements and ensure timely data submissions.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on automation, system integrations, and reporting enhancements.
• Document report logic, data sources and KPI definitions; improve turnaround times.

The role will be responsible for developing robust MIS frameworks, executive dashboards and KPI systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting governance, and translating business information into actionable insights for senior management. The position will work closely with Sales, Sourcing, Closing, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Projects and IT teams to strengthen business visibility, improve reporting efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• MIS Strategy & Reporting
• Develop and maintain an MIS framework aligned with business objectives, management reviews and project-level performance goals.
• Standardise reporting formats, KPI definitions, review calendars and data submission timelines across functions.
• Ensure accurate, consistent and timely delivery of management reports and executive dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting effort.
• Business Performance & Strategic Analytics
• Develop dashboards covering bookings, revenue, collections, inventory, lead generation, conversions, closures and other key business metrics.
• Analyse performance trends, variances against targets, sales funnel movement and project-wise outcomes.
• Prepare forecasts, scenario analyses and performance reviews to support business planning.
• Translate data into actionable insights, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective measures to senior management.
• Data Governance & Quality
• Establish data validation checks, quality controls and reconciliation processes across CRM, Finance and operational reports.
• Coordinate with data owners to resolve inconsistencies, missing information and discrepancies across source systems.
• Define ownership, reporting logic and audit trails for key metrics and management reports.
• Ensure data confidentiality, appropriate access controls and compliance with internal reporting policies.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with Sales, Sourcing, Closing, Marketing, Finance, CRM and Projects teams to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Ensure accountability for accurate data submissions and timely updates across functions.
• Prepare management review presentations, variance analyses and action trackers.
• Align reporting across departments to provide leadership with a consistent view of business performance.
• Systems, Automation & Process Improvement
• Evaluate MIS tools, dashboards and reporting workflows to improve accuracy, usability and scalability.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors on automation, system integrations, access rights and enhancements.
• Document report logic, data sources, KPI definitions and standard operating procedures.
• Improve reporting turnaround time, analytical capabilities and adoption of reporting tools across the organisation.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and develop the MIS and analytics team, setting priorities, quality standards and performance expectations.
• Review and validate team output before circulating reports to senior management.
• Build analytical capabilities and promote fact-based decision-making across functions.
• Escalate material data discrepancies, business performance risks and reporting dependencies promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in MIS, business analytics, strategy, performance reporting or business intelligence.
• Experience in real estate or with a real estate developer preferred.
• Proven experience in designing management dashboards, KPI frameworks and executive reporting across multiple functions or projects.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Experience leading teams, automating reporting processes and working with senior management.
