Position:Manager MIS

Experience: 5-10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the customer journey from post-sales to possession, ensuring seamless coordination, timely collections, accurate documentation, and enhanced customer satisfaction to drive retention and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers post booking
• Manage customer queries, escalations, and handover process
• Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups, including demand notices
• Experience in data collation, vlookup, pivot, Hlookup
• Handle end-to-end documentation (agreements, allotments, sale deeds)
• Maintain and update customer data in ERP/SAP and generate MIS reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams
• Support site visits, walk-ins, and lead conversions
• Drive customer experience initiatives and retention strategies

Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Real Estate Post-Sales / Customer handling
