Job summary

Aabhaas Manpower Services is seeking a logistics data analyst to maintain transportation, fleet, and delivery data and prepare MIS reports on key KPIs essential for operations in Mumbai. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely reporting to optimize logistics performance.

The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions, to support data-driven logistics decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs exp. in logistics, transportation, or auditing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros – pref.)
• Knowledge of all MIS Report

Responsibilities

• Maintain all data related to transportation, fleet movement, deliveries, and logistics operations.
• Prepare MIS reports on KPIs such as on-time delivery, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, freight cost, turnaround time (TAT), and exceptions.
