Job summary

Practopulse Healthcare Services in Hyderabad is seeking a 2-year experienced MIS Executive to support hub operations through accurate data analysis, reporting, and coordination. The role requires Graduation in Commerce/Business Administration/CA/IT, strong communication skills, and the ability to automate reporting processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and analyze operational data from the hub including logistics, inventory, and workforce productivity.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operational tracking and decision-making.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and IT to ensure smooth and accurate data flow.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements in data collection and processing.

Job description

We are seeking a 2-year experienced MIS Executive to support our hub operations through accurate data analysis, reporting, and coordination. MIS, excellent command of Excel (including Macros and Pivot Tables), and the ability to generate clear and actionable reports that support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, manage, and analyze operational data from the hub including logistics, inventory, and workforce productivity.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operational tracking and decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to allow real-time visibility of hub performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and IT to ensure smooth and accurate data flow.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements in data collection and processing.
• Maintain proper documentation of data and support audit processes by providing accurate and timely reports.
• Automate reporting processes where possible to reduce manual effort and error.
• Provide timely and accurate insights that contribute to hub performance improvements and strategic planning.
• Support internal and external audits with required data and reports.
• Work on advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) for data management.
• Generate forecasting and trend analysis reports to support business planning.
• Ensure proper documentation and backup of all MIS reports.

Preferred Tools and Knowledge:

• Male candidates only are preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory (Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, IT, or related fields).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and Macros.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to work on complex formulas and data analysis.

Monday to Friday working days.

Timings: 09.00 pm to 06.30 am
