ROLE PURPOSE

The Logistic Officer Back Office will support the logistics and dispatch operations through effective coordination, data management, reporting, and documentation. The role is responsible for maintaining logistics MIS, monitoring dispatch planning, coordinating with transporters and internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of supply chain processes. The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills to manage operational data, track logistics performance, and support decision-making for efficient transportation and distribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify and check invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents to ensure accuracy in billing, quantity, transporter details, and compliance with company policies.
• Cross-check freight invoices submitted by transporters with dispatch records and approved freight rates before processing for payment.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of invoices, dispatch orders, and logistics transactions for audit and reconciliation purposes.
