Job summary

Amrit Cement in Gurugram seeks a Data Management Executive to own MIS reporting, master data maintenance, and data consolidation from multiple branches. You will analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and present findings to senior management.

You will develop and maintain MIS dashboards using Power BI and Excel, with Tableau knowledge preferred, to support informed decision-making.

Job Description Data Management Executive

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by senior management.
• Maintain and update master data and records accurately.
• Collect and consolidate required data from various branches and departments.
• Analyze day-to-day business data and prepare analytical reports for management.
• Coordinate with different teams and branches to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
• Coordinate with the concerned teams for rate approval requests and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare monthly analytical reports and present key findings to senior management.
• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and supporting reports.
• Present the overall business scenario to management with clear and accurate data interpretation.
• Analyze cost impacts, variances, and trends and provide detailed reports to the concerned stakeholders.
• Prepare customized analytical reports as requested by management and explain the findings with proper supporting data.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all MIS and analytical reports.
• Maintain effective communication with branches, internal teams, and other stakeholders for smooth data coordination.

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MIS preparation and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
• Good working knowledge of Tableau is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Zoho Sheets will be an added advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong data analysis and dashboard preparation skills.
